Roles: Project Manager, Functional Consultant, Substitute Payroll Manager, The client required go-live support for their legacy Kronos system which was hosted in-house by the IT department, but there was no one in-house with Kronos expertise. The client also needed assistance in providing support for 63 locations and 3,000 employees during go-live on the new Kronos system.
ROLE- PROJECT MANAGER The client implemented a commercial SAAS replacement for their in-house custom-built employee time and scheduling system and employee time system . The vendor selected did not have previous experience with entertainment union rules. The client and vendor agreed to embark on a custom-built solution which the vendor would later be able to market as a SAAS solution for the entertainment industry. Managed requirements sessions and documentation for all areas of production (8,000 employees) and 500 employees involved complex union pay rules. Led integration meetings with the Workday implementation team, client subject matter experts and the client’s time and labor system vendor. Worked with multiple teams throughout the project and coordinated activities: senior executives responsible for internal HR, internal Payroll, internal IT project teams working on related projects (HR, Payroll, employee time, employee scheduling; all separate parallel projects) and external vendor teams. Managed the project timeline and milestone estimates. Provided project briefings during weekly steering committee meetings. Provided direct oversight of the vendor on behalf of the client.
ROLE- Solution Architect and Functional Consultant The client implemented Infor Workforce Management pay rules and scheduling for all areas of the business, Approximately 5,500 employees. Configured pay rules for all areas including Pharmacy, Anesthesia, Surgery, Telephone Triage, On Call, Extra Shift. Configured payroll export map and trained payroll team on payroll export process. Configured and implemented data import for posting piece-rate payments. Assisted multiple payroll close cycles until hand-over. Advised user adoption practices for training, implementation, acceptance. Scheduling for all departments with size up to 120 nurse positions. Hybrid team included internal HR and IT staff, Infor consultants and independent consultants. Project went live on time with minimal issues.
ROLE- Project Manager The client implemented the employee time, attendance and leave management system for 13 different group companies in the US and Canada. Complex project requiring two project managers. Managed portfolio of deliverables, coordinating client responsibilities and consultant tasks. Established smooth working relationships with a diverse team of consultants and client contacts. The project required familiarity with employee time solutions as well as payroll testing and implementation practices. Provided mid-project analysis to client and ADP on how and why client choices led to a higher number issues and slower progress.

Prepare post go-live support plan to establish an internal app support team. Train internal support, using traditional training methods and actual issues that need resolution. Audit vendor progress toward expected solutions. Provide opinion and recommendations where relevant. Design form and workflow for time adjustment and approval. Design paid time off accrual and usage functionality. Employee pay rules (including union work rules): review, document, recommend improvements. Design new custom employee pay rules and conditions.
