Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Master Data – Project Manager • Analyse system configuration completed in each environment (multiple consultants and different consulting firms over the last 5 years have been involved in their ERP implementation with no documentation to support what has been completed) • After reviewing status of ERP Project, provide feedback to CEO, Directors and Executives on what is required for completion of ERP Project. • Analyse business processes to ensure M3 configuration is correct based on business requirements • Prototype system development environment (update all environments CFG, DEV, TST and PRD) • Test system configurations based on business requirements • Review ongoing issues list to provide solution recommendations and fixes • Provide fixes in TST environment for process owners to test and sign off • Update PRD with final sign off configuration • Set up work shops with process owners to work on topics not yet resolved • Weekly stream meetings to keep track of work in progress • Prepare weekly Committee Meeting Updates for CEO, Directors and Executives • Prepare weekly ERP Process Owner Meeting Updates • Prepare plan for Gap Analysis Testing to see where the M3 environments status is at • Provide Feedback on Gap Analysis Testing • Provide configuration documentation for sign off • Heavily involved in Functional and Technical Configuration and Development of M3 for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Master Data as well as providing support to Customer Order Management Team • Review Stream Server requirements and send through to NORPAC technical development team to start working on updating stream serve documents • Update User Acceptance Testing program to minimize gaps to ensure all aspects of the project where being tested, • Work with the process owners on their test case scenarios for UAT • Work directly with INFOR to resolve M3 system issues through Infor Extreme • Work with clients technical team to ensure System and MOD were with the most recent updated patches and fixes. • Work with clients technical team to ensure other applications like IBI and IDM were working correctly

• Work with SME and BPO from each department to define, blueprint and document system functional processes and procedures through various workshops • Work with SME and BPO from each department to define, blueprint and document non-functional processes and procedures through various workshops • Configure ERP System and perform testing to ensure desired outcome is achieved for each process. • Document processes and procedures • Train SME, BPO and End User (this included Lower/Middle Level Managers, Senior Managers and End Users) • Create Document Templates for Internal and External Documents required to be produced out of ERP System • Perform User Acceptance Testing and develop User Acceptance Testing templates for SME and End Users
