• Served as one of a three person USA Finance Implementation Team • Primary areas included: o USA specific interfaces with external applications – including employee expense application, loyalty program application. Worked with programmers in the specifications as well as the testing to insure the ultimate scripts satisfied client requirements. o Integration Mapping – Identifying US specific additions needed to the Global Integration Mapping Scheme. o Costing – Making sure that the costing was properly set on all items. Client worked with both MAUC and FTP costing. o Fixed Assets – involved with the training, testing, and migration specifications. o Set up attributes required for custom reporting. o Worked with Users in UAT testing and problem resolution. o Developed and delivered training. o Provided post implementation support.

• Provided overview of Baan V vs ERP LN FP7 Differences for each of the Finance Modules • Participated in multicompany structure meetings relative to the best structure for the ultimate global implementation of ERP LN. Worked with team to come up with the best overall structure. • Discussed AS IS processes with client personnel, as well as planned usage of new ERP LN functionality (and planned usage of functionality previously available, but not currently being used). • Selected applicable DEM Flows from the EBM42 flows from Infor, and brought them into a Reference Model. Made modifications as needed to the flows. • Provided the Finance sections of the Assessment report and Blueprint report prepared by the consulting team
